Today's Links

I've learned so many interesting things today. There is a nation called Sealand off the coast of England. It was an abandoned WWII outpost. In the 60's Roy founded his own country.

At&T, I mean, Cingular, no wait, it's SBC right? No? It's AT&T? Are you sure? If not, maybe their Logo Evolution Factsheet (PDF) will help.

Jon's photo of the Sydney Opera House is the photo of the day at Gadling. More of his photos at flickr.

Interesting reads for today.

  • The Saga - a parody of fantasy worlds made by the likes of Wizards of the Coast. Add a few dwarves, a dash of elves, and sprinkle in some sentient furniture.
  • Reevu - a motorcycle helmet with rear-view cameras. Very cool. Also from wired.

For the Thanksgiving holiday, a few books to help with the cooking.
