Live Music Wrap-up

My Brother and I are on a roll! The last 3 shows we've seen have been full of great bands. Some of the opening acts have been hit-or-miss, but overall, good.

• Camera Obscura - saw them at Emo's. We skipped the openers. The show was great despite their obvious trouble with the heat. Go get their latest record.
• The Minders - My brother saw they were playing at a small indie club in Houston so he looked them up on eMusic. He liked it so we checked 'em out. Great band.
• The Clientele - Strange Geometry has been in regular rotation for quite a while now. It was on a Sunday night, I had to work in the morning, so I didn't stay for the whole thing. Go check 'em out before they become HUGE!
